Head of Tender Contract Management

- Manage the team responsible for pricing the global tenders of nearly all the customers. The tender process is a complex technical process that also requires adequate commercial understanding.

- To be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and have a thorough understanding of the process in order to maintain the output quality.

- In addition to this a continuous focus is required on optimization of the process and implementation of advanced pricing methods.

Skills required:

- Strong analytical skills & proven track record of simplification

- Six sigma green belt certified

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Thorough commercial understanding

- Knowledge of pricing process

- Leadership capabilities

We are looking for candidate with BE+ MBA degree with 12-15 years exp from MNC BPO/ KPO / Shared Services Centre /Shipping / Marine (back office / front office)
