Head (Telesales & Strategy)
This position will encompass dual role of handling the P& L responsibility of the telesales operations and strategic decision making based on data analysis for improving the business performance on the product.
Job Description
Location - Chennai
- Manage and lead Telesales ( approx 400++ and expanding) across India. Vastly improve current sales through understanding of customers (e.g. who pays for what, when and why?)
- Service delivery on site (understanding paying customer's pleasure and pain points)
- Understanding price points and customer promos that work across segments
- Current tele calling processes, operations and technology
- Current calling executives (& structure), their pay and incentives, productivity etc.
- Would be responsible for strategic planning to identify the right customer base.
