Urgent job opening for the position of Head telesales Desk in a leading broking firm.

Job location : Malad, Mumbai

Job profile :

- Will be responsible for handling a team of 50-60 employees of telesales, motivating team to achieve the sales targets, improve the performance of the team.

Requirement :

- Minimum 10 yrs of working experience in BPO / call center handling min 60 telesales executive in selling of financial products like credit card, insurance or others.
