Key Account Management, Client Relationship Engagement and Business Development
Responsible for the growth of the BFSI business portfolio across India specially in Metros i.e. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune and Indore
Would be responsible for building the team right from scratch and leading them (involves Telesales and Field Sales team). Build/Manage an overall team that would grow to 1000+ people.
To motivate and drive the Regional Sales team reporting to him to ensure that the business targets assigned to them are achieved.
Should be comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced, startup kind of environment.
