The role entails building a robust Technology strategy and digital roadmap for the organization while working closely with the senior leadership and external vendor partners.

Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for devising and updating the Technology strategy and Technology roadmap for the organization
- Prepare and execute the Technology budget and ensure the budget guidelines are followed and expenditure is within the budget.
- Create a digital roadmap for the organization and set short-, medium- and long-term objectives and time-bound action plans
- initiate, lead and support Technology requirements of the assigned business functions and their delivery in accordance with project goals, times scales and costs.
- ERP Implementation - Understanding the business needs of the organization and identifying and implementing the appropriate Technology Strategy
- Integration of the ERP and various other technology tools of the organization to help improve overall organizational efficiency
- Led the It ERP and infrastructure planning for upcoming projects.
- To ensure network connectivity up-time for business processes to function smoothly.
- Led, managed and train the team, across multiple locations across India.
- Working closely with Vendor Partners, business / functional heads, supply chain team etc.
- Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits.
- Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience.
- Plan the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to Technology professionals and other staff within the organization.
- Develops strategies to improve the efficiency and efficacy of technological initiatives.
- Oversee the organisation's technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain a competitive advantage.
- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
- Managing day-to-day stakeholder interaction, identifying needs and evaluating solutions.
Education Criteria:
- B.tech/BCA/ Bsc/B.eng with 6 to 8 years of experience in Technology applications customization & implementation, program management & Infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Prior or current experience in working in Retail, Retail Shopping centre, Consumer, Hospitality and QSR setup is a must.
- Prior or current experience in an FMCG setup would be beneficial.
- Technology exposure in Retailer's POS integration and various ERP solutions is a must.
- Experience in defining the product, and process flow and converting business requirements into technical requirements.
- Ability to understand the business needs, translate them into technology-based solutions, identification of suitable technology/technology partners and implementation of technology tools is a critical
- Project Management and implementation of customized solutions.
- Should have exposure to systems & Networking including firewalls, and anti-intrusion skills.
- Handling Third Party vendors.
- A strong leader who can provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Self-Motivator and Self-starter and a high desire to achieve.
- Must possess an entrepreneurial drive and take ownership.
