Head - Technology - Hospitality

- We are currently looking to fill the position of Head of Technology in Mumbai for New Age hospitality.

- Must have 13+ years in technology and 5+ years in leadership & team handling

Industry Preferred: Hospitality, QSR's, Consumer services

- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a robust Digital First strategy, ensuring a seamless digital environment within the organization.

- Responsibilities include overseeing IT operations, developing and implementing digital technology strategies, managing budgets, and guaranteeing the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems across various functions and locations.

- Responsible for the overall transformation business case and total cost of ownership management

- Work with each functional leader to identify specific roadmaps that will lead to an efficient and effective digital-first approach.

- Oversee risk management and cyber security initiatives to protect the organization's data and systems.

- Provide leadership and management guidance to the technology team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and productive.

- Key requirements for this role include expertise in ERP Software, app development, POS app implementation, and digital transformation.
