Key Accountabilities
Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:
- Understand the finance team requirements from a system technology perspective and identify the best solution including dashboard options
- Technology related integrations from a Finance perspective
- Technology related enhancements for all Finance systems
- Manage current and next gen Technology
- Coordinate with teams across the bank to explain Finance requirements from a technology perspective
- Liaise with Regional Finance technology teams and be a part of various technology councils
- Coordinate with Auditors to explain Finance system functionalities
Job Duties & responsibilities
- Identify the best system solution for manual processes within Finance
- Automation of processes
- Develop dashboards as per clients need
- Manage technology enhancements and integrations
- Point of contact from Finance to represent Technology requirements
- Actively participate and be a part of prioritisation of enhancements in various councils
- Coordinate with Auditors to explain Finance system functionalities
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 to 20 years experience in Finance and Technology
- Regional working experience 2-5 years (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting
- Good understanding of Banking products
- Thorough working knowledge of MS-Excel, Qlikview, Tableau
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint
- Automation and Reengineering of processes
- Wide knowledge of current & future trends in business and technology environment
Education / Preferred Qualifications
CA/CISA/Computer Science degree with minimum 12-20 years post-qualification experience in banking.
