Head - Technology - eLearning

Looking for Head of Technology - eLearning for our client in Delhi.

Experience:

Required:

- Overall Experience of 12+ years in e-learning authoring tools.

- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Lectora, Captivate, Articulate, Flash) multimedia tools, presentation software, streaming video.

- Familiarity with e-learning course packaging - SCORM/AICC.

- Good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Cornerstone and Saba, needed for integration of courses to client's LMS.

- Technical expertise sufficient to develop or consult on development of applications and supporting technical issues.

- Experience developing and delivering training to an audience with varying levels of technical understanding.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver e-learning technology projects.

- Experience successfully managing technical staff.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks and use good judgment in providing services based on goals.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer services.

Preferred:

- Prior experience within e-learning environment;

- Experience supporting learning management systems and other tools widely-used for e-learning course development;

- Leadership in implementing and managing enterprise systems;

- Experience designing and developing e-learning instructional resources which incorporate graphics, audio and video;
