Head - Technology - BFS

Experience: 10 years of experience in Java, Spring Hibernate development using micro services architecture. At least 2-3 Years of experience in financial service domain (Banking/ Lending preferred)

Job Description:

- Enhancements and Management of all in-house and vendor developed applications.

- Understanding of business objectives and business requirements and converting them into designs which can be incorporated in existing applications/platforms.

- Close interactions with stakeholders in business, credit, operations, finance, HR, Audit & Compliance functions to understand their needs and provide associated technology solutions.

- Design and build Digital D2C lending platform for large customer base considering the security, governance and scalability.

- Integration of In-house applications with external entities like financial institutions, bureaus, tech service providers etc.

- Implementation of security in developed applications to ensure regulator mandated security compliances in applications built and procured.

- Manage teams of in-house full stack developers, mobility developers and quality assurance team.

- Working closely with the IT infrastructure team and vendors to design solutions by optimizing infrastructure cost.

- Experience in cloud and dev-ops will be an added advantage.
