Head - Technology - B2C Product

Technology leader with 10+ years of experience in the Internet / Ecommerce industry all with high energy startups. Experience in Building complex & scalable web & mobile applications.Develop way forward for the company in terms of the tech stack to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Define technological roadmap with organization & business goals, envisioning technical stack required to scale the business with a long term vision.

- Understand product's vision and business needs to define product requirements proactively.

- Identify and evaluate technology trends and create a competitive advantage by keeping us ahead of the curve in terms of technology and offerings as well as customer experience.

- Ensure strong understanding of various aspects of technology required in a startup from the product to internal systems while understanding the big picture of where the industry is headed.

- Be a relationship ninja with all functions and departments to use technology profitably and efficiently

- Own the entire Tech infrastructure to ensure security, functionality and efficiency

- Monitor KPIs and Tech budgets to assess technological performance against goals

- Work closely with stakeholders for improvements and adjustments in the deliverable, if any

Perfect fitment-

- 10-15 years of relevant experience with a min of last 2 years in working in a Product based B2C startup.

- Suitable experience of full stack development of web & mobile based applications while also ensuring seamlessness of backend and security.- Know the current technology trends and use them to build & drive business strategies.- Analytical and Strategic thinker
