- Build & manage high-performance cross functional teams delivering Web & Mobile Solutions aligned to business strategies, balancing risk, cost and agility across Change and Run aspects of Businesses.
- Lead emerging technology initiatives in areas of digital transformation in Omni-channel Commerce (B2C/B2B), Hybrid Cloud, ERP & CRM, and Data Analytics in a multi-vendor setup. Lead in defining the To-Be enterprise architecture, solution design, identifying suitable technology components and, implementation partners throughout the planning, development, and QA phases of the project.
- Execution of Transformation projects spanning across business verticals implementing multi-channel Order Management, Master Data, Catalogue Management, CRM applications, Business Analytics and Robotic Process Automation across Lead to Order and Order to Cash cycles including typical Horizontal and Vertical Integrations.
- Systems Integration Design, SOA Strategy definition and architecture specifications for implementation of services, optimizing software development and management costs by implementing Data Management Platform across a heterogeneous technology stacks.
- Introduce Cloud Native development approach within Organizations and lead the development, deployment, and support for Enterprise applications hosted in captive Data Centers, Public & Private and Hybrid Cloud setups.
- Implementation of Balanced Scorecard, Continuous Process measurement and Improvement initiative for Multi-Cultural and geographically distributed teams across multiple projects.
- Lead the technology revamp for e-Commerce Digital Business Unit. Create the annual technology Blueprint and roadmap, setup Change Control Board and other key initiatives.
- Conduct Technology evaluation of various products for Product Catalog, Order Management, CRM, and Front-end technologies. Draft a rolling Budget for Technology investments. Work with IT Team to design Robotic Process Automation processes (using Automation Anywhere) to reduce manual, repetitive work.
- Define and manage the short-term and long-term product roadmaps including UI/UX Revamp, version upgrades, and monthly feature releases. Delivery leader of Mobile App based solutions (IOS/Android/Browser based Apps). Management of the Offshore Development Center and ensuring that the project KPIs are met for Development & Testing for Strategic Technology Initiatives and Customer Support Teams.
- Lead as an ERP Technical and infrastructure expert, driving Total Cost of ownership reduction via off- shoring Managed Services, improving resource utilization and providing 24x7 technical support to applications across various multiple customer locations in B2c and B2b business environment.
