Head - Techno-Commercial Sales (Printing Label Industry)

- Prepare and achieve sales budget.

- Prepare and monitor expenses budget.

- Motivation and performance monitoring of sales team and back end office staff & Distributors.

- Define short term and long term goals

- Define and implement a strategy for sales growth.

- Define pricing strategy and profit monitoring.

- Define strategy for new business development and monitor performance.

- Builds relations with key customers and channel partners across verticals.

- Work closely with manufacturing plants to improve service levels.

- Participating in exhibitions and working on a Brand building.

- Working on to generate leads for cross-selling from within the team.

- Tracking competitor activities and developing strategies to counter the same.

- Compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Keeping a close watch on Competitors activities

Qualification And Experience:

1. 6+ years of experience of handling Technical sales & Marketing for Paper/ Printing industry

2. Excellent presentation skills

3. Excellent negotiation skills

4. Experience directly interacting with customers

5. Understands technical aspects of Printing Packaging products

6. Good written & oral communication skills

7. Good Microsoft Excel skills

8. Good inter-personal relationship management skills
