Experience: 8 - 15 Years
- Leadership, Training and coordination of the Apprenticeship program within the regional Technics organization
- Participation on the strategic development of the Apprenticeship program regarding new Apprentices, Goal setting and performance evaluation, cultural and legal regulations
- Personnel and Organizational responsibility of Apprentices at the India site
- Training and handholding new apprentices
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs
- Creation of new and additional training material for training in India
- Creating an environment that will promote learning and the motivation of the Apprentices
- Sourcing, selection, and Hiring of Apprentices
- Membership and participation in working groups and / or project groups
- Leadership and personnel development of the Apprentices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Planning and preparation of work procedures and rotation schedules of Apprentices
- Coordinates and support department trainers within the defined scope of responsibility
- Close cooperation with Corporate Apprenticeship Development Team
- Supports career paths for Apprentices
Required Candidate profile :
Qualifications:
- Engineer with Mechatronics background (BE Mechatronics must)
- Knowledge of CNC basic operations preferred
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in the management of learning and training programs
