Job Description - The incumbent will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience through various touchpoints from the product delivery, on-boarding and technical support. The incumbent would drive expansion revenue within existing customers through upsells/cross-sells focusing on customer engagement through a proactive consultative approach.

Reports to MD-India for the organisation

Description :

Provide an interface between the repair function and QA, manufacturing and product development groups.

- Maintain financial control to ensure Service Centre budget is met.

- Take initiative to generate targeted service revenue for the organisation.

- Assist in the development of repair procedures and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the B4B and B2C teams to help scale the business leveraging data

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards as interpreted in the ResMed QA manual as it relates to complaint management and the service and repairs operations.

- Develop and execute appropriate service strategies through various levers

- Develop the technical services department to align with Global ResMed standards.

- Support sales team with technical assistance wherever required

- Maintain & exceed the established high standard of customer service.

- Continuously develop, improve and implement new strategies within the Service Department to meet the growth and needs of ResMed.

- Able to use initiative to identify areas that need improvements for efficient operation.

- Adherence to the regulatory requirements

Profile :

- Graduation / Post Graduation with specialization in Engineering

- 10+ years of experience background in technical servicing in a Medical Devices, Pharma, Ecommerce, industry
