Head - Technical & R&D - Building Product Division

Job Profile:

Urgent opening with one of the Renowned Cement Company which is into Building Product Division for Mumbai location as a Head Technical & R&D-BPD

1. Development of new concepts and products as per scope defined in agreement with management

2. Pre & Post launch, Market trials and quality control of new products

3. Minimization of cost of new products

4. Development of New Products- Formulate at-least two products per year. Collect and Study the market information from In-house sources/ consultants. Analyze similar products from the market to firm up the quality requirement to formulate the new product.

5. Technical Service Training.

6. Branding-Develop Literatures for New Products. Coordinate for Product Branding and Positioning of New Product in Market. Arrange to participate in Seminars, Exhibitions and Real time Demonstration.

7. Complaint Handling-First Information Report to be handled within 48 Hours of receipt of Complaints. Technical Complaints to be resolved and reported within 72 hours.

8. To ensure quality of AAC & DM production is maintained as per norms-Ensures effective management and control of plant operations by policy formulation Ensure Quality Raw-Material is procured. Directs the Supply Chain Management & Technical Services efforts.

9. Cost Optimization of Product Process-Identify and Optimize the Cost of New Products by using alternative raw materials. Modify the Formulation and arrange the Trials for commercial launch.
