Business Resilience– Head of Technology and Infrastructure Resilience

Reputed foreign bank.

Salary range:- 20-30 lakhs pa

Will report to to Head Business Resilience.

JD

- Migrate business into being more resilient, as opposed to solely being recoverable

- Drive business resilience governance through various forums

- Continuous recovery capability gap assessment

- Promote a strong business resilience culture by providing specialist advice, guidance and challenge to enable the local business areas and functions to understand and manage Business Continuity (BC) risks within appetite

- Monitor closure of resiliency related risks agreed with technology and Property services

- Focus on IT continuity by managing relationship with team

- Gauge IT continuity requirements and oversee documentation in BC document

- Attend Business Continuity Forums and working groups to understand the industry in order to raise awareness in the division and adopt any best practices.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

- Certified professional on BC & IT Continuity

- Graduate / PG in relevant discipline

- Good knowledge on Risk Management

- Fair knowledge on physical security and property services

Desirable

- Physical Security related certification

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Essential:

- At least 6-7 years of experience in BCM programme management covering all aspects of BC, that is, People, process, infrastructure and technology.

- An overall experience of 11-13 years in Financial / non financial organisations

- Good knowledge and orientation towards Project management, managing engagements and Management Information Systems (MIS)

Desirable:

- Working in an International environment
