Head Taxation - CA We are looking for Head Taxation in Korba Chhatisgarh for oil & Gas Company, Candidate Should be a CA with 1st Attempt only with 8-12 Years Experience. Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible to Control and Administer the overall functions of the Taxation Department - Ensure Excise, Sales Tax, Entry Tax, VAT and Service Tax Assessment are accomplished yearly - Ensuring no pending SCN's and Appeals - Maximization of CENVAT/VAT benefit with minimal dispute - Supervision of Export Clearances & ensure compliance in internal / External Audits - Ensuring statutory compliances & maximizing Industrial incentives available to the company - Identify and mitigate tax risks, Manage tax provision and tax compliance process - Management of Import & Export licenses, documents and clearances from DGFT - Responsible for timely upgradations of new systems in SAP for effective tax controls Required Skills & Qualification : Ctc 25lacs - 35lacs Qualification Chartered Accountant (First Attempt) only Educational criteria - Minimum 60% and above in all academics No gap in education activities (only one year allowed either between 12th & Graduation or graduation & Post graduation) - 8-12 Years Experience Required - No gap in employment is preferred - Candidate should be from Companies like: Open / Steel Industry / Manufacturing or Similar Large Companies - Virtual interviews- 2 rounds
