Head - Taxation - Construction Firm

- You will be the face of the company in all tax, statutory and compliance matters Viz;

- Income tax

- Indirect tax - GST, VAT, Service tax

- Import / Customs duty

- Legal compliances

- Secretarial compliances

- You will be responsible for filing all returns as per timelines and in nurturing relationship with tax authorities

- You will be responsible for efficient tax planning for the company ensuring that we avail all tax benefits applicable to the company.

- Maintain cordial relations with tax authorities and represent the company in all tax and legal cases before the authorities and help in resolving the same.

- Responsible for successful completion of various tax audits

- Representing company in various forums, tax advocacy i.e. representations to govt. authorities for the benefit of the industry
