Head - Tax Litigation - BFS

Job Description :

- Handling of Direct and Indirect Litigations of the Company

- Tax Planning of the company w.r.t. Direct and Indirect Tax

- Liaising with the Department for Audit and assessment purposes

- Updating team on day to day changes in the Tax and its implication on the Company

- Assistance in IT development w.r.t. regular changes in GST

- Ensure Direct and Indirect tax compliances, filings, reporting and returns (Income Tax, TDS, GST etc) are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Filing of necessary Corporate tax returns, TDS payments and returns etc.

- Manage claims, demands, appeals and other issues raised by Tax Authorities, review orders received, submit rectification application, file appeal and represent before Authorities/ Tribunal etc.
