Responsibility :
- Be a partner to the global business lines to understand their business priorities & goals
- Analyze the talent supply chain challenges faced by business
- Provide thought leadership and conceive reskilling initiatives to positively impact business outcome metrics
- Baseline the identified outcome metrics and set the q-o-q goals
- Align with competency teams on business goals
- Leverage the Talent Transformation training delivery teams to deliver programs that align with goals of the business groups
- Should be detail oriented, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical and curious.
- The role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- The role includes diagnostic skills, detail orientation, analysis, dashboarding and delivering business insights to the leadership team.
- Play a pivotal role in designing, executing and measuring the effectiveness of global talent programs, which will include identifying issues, forming hypotheses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
- Develop and analyse various data points into meaningful and insightful outputs
- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to act on those findings
- Present findings as report/studies to leadership team and support any data and reporting requirements
Qualification & Competencies:
- Full time Graduate and/or Post-graduate in engineering and/or management from a premier institute.
- Past exposure to sales or business
- Relevant experience in training / Talent Management
- Appreciation of technology trends
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working on data requirements
- High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries. Interpersonal sensitivity, team player
