About our Client: Our client is a multi billion dollar Global Chemical giant. With a presence in over 100 countries and a strong foothold in the Indian market with their Global R&D, manufacturing units and sales division based in India, they are looking for their Head of Talent and Organizational Development for South Asia.
Job Description: Reporting into the Global head of Talent and Organizational Development, you will be responsible for over 2500 employees in South Asia and your responsibilities will include:
- Work with the global T&OD Head to develop the regional T&OD agenda contributing local insight and context
- Provide leadership in developing and delivering a globally aligned T&OD plan for the region
- Lead the design and secure high quality delivery of T&OD interventions for the region
- Provide consultancy and expert input to HRBP's, business leaders and line managers
- Work closely with HRBPs and internal clients to close performance gaps and create new capabilities through effectively leveraging T&OD practices
- Support the implementation of globally aligned people processes and platforms
- Work closely with the global T&OD team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of T&OD policies, platforms, practices and standards
- Evaluate results after implementation using specific functional KPIs Ensure an excellent level of service and conformity with global standards when managing third parties (in collaboration with HR Services)
- Work closely with vendors for the delivery of various learning initiatives
- Ensure global projects on Talent Acquisition strategy and rolled out at the regional level
- This is an individual contributor role and you will be solely responsible to drive the T&OD strategy for the organization in the South Asia region
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 12-18 years of experience in HR with at least 7 years of experience in Talent Management. Exposure to working in a multinational COE role is essential for this role.
- The ability to drive the Talent agenda for the organization in an individual contributor role is required for this role. Additional experience in Talent Recruitment strategy is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the exposure to working in a global matrix organization is required for this role.
