To design and deliver an effective Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance across the Company. The position will be responsible for creating models and plans in further strengthening culture, engagement, processes & Employer Brand.

1.Lead the design and ongoing review of learning and development architecture for the Organisation aligned to overall HR and business strategy

2.Liaison with function leaders within the organization to ascertain LEADERSHIP training needs as per the organizational goals & direction.

3.Drive the training needs analysis for needs in behavioral and leadership areas across all functions for Leadership roles.

4.Design and manage the annual L&D budget by estimating and forecasting entire L&D cost including content providers, external trainers, and vendors

5.Ensure development of relevant and effective online content/LMS for e-learning modules and manage the ongoing content review and relationship with content development vendors

6.Keep abreast with market best practices on L&D and develop a holistic approach towards L&D framework design through a blend of non-conventional modes of training such as gamifications, external workshops, seminars etc. along with conventional classroom training, e learnings and job rotations etc.

7.Design a training calendar based on the employee development plan (EDP) designed by OD team and ensure timely publishing and adherence to the training calendar

8.Ensure development of training programs for ongoing business needs using robust principles of instructional design
Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and providers necessary to deliver required training to appropriate standards

9.Ensure all learning activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.

10.Lead and manage programs for coaching and mentoring modules aimed at Leadership levels.

11.Work directly with business leaders and external subject matter experts to devise creative and innovative ways of learning and evaluate the outcomes

12.Strive towards building a culture of continuous learning at DPLI and ensure employee engagement towards L&D initiatives

13.Manage L&D Partners and vendor relationships with the constant focus on driving efficiencies in the length and breadth of solutions.

Organisational Development

1.Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization. Advising on, business-specific OD interventions e.g. organization restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture.

2.Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent Development/Succession plan programs and supporting the overall development of capability across the organization. Support the Field HR team in further developing talent management processes.

3.Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives. Champion all the EOS/EQ Surveys for the Company in partnership with both Parent Organisation.

4.Respond to the employee survey results by developing; implementing and progressing corporate action plans

5. Promote Employer Brand externally and ensure that requirements relating to external accreditation/awards/visibility are delivered and meet the criteria.

6. Drive - Change- and create structured Implementation plan in which a change can occur so that it runs smoothly in the organization.

7.To support specific performance improvement initiatives through the implementation of competency frameworks and 360-degree feedback process for Leadership roles

8.To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes for Leadership Roles in the Company

9.Develop a good external network to stay updated with good L&D/OD best practices.

10.Represent Organisational Learning Practices at external forums and create visibility for Organisation Talent Development practices

Job Specification: 12 + years experience of OD & LD

MBA from good B- School

- BFSI Experience preferred

- Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that enhance people and business performance

- Results focused; a consultative leadership style that builds high-performing teams across multi-disciplined functions that consistently meet targets and realise organisational benefits.

- Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders in a cross geography set up

- Commercially aware; proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders up to CXO level, and manage responsibility for functional budgets

- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate across all levels of business.

- Skilled communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation
