Job Description : Work with senior stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies and People Transformation initiatives aligned with the overall organization strategy

Client Details :

- Our client is a reputed Global multinational organization looking to grow their Tech footprint in India

- They are looking to hire a strong HR leader with experience in the new age technology Digital/ Online domain to drive the HR strategy and create a strong HR transformation journey in the company to create a tangible impact on business and employee experiences.

Description :

- Develop and implement HR strategies and People Transformation initiatives aligned with the overall strategy

- Lead and drive Talent Management & Engagement, Talent Attraction, Learning & Culture, People Transformation

- Manage People Cycle : Performance evaluation, Engagement, Competencies appraisal

- Develop employer branding strategy and implementation

- Develop and implement D&I strategies and actions

- Support future and current business needs through the development, engagement and motivation

Profile :

- At least 8-10 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of Human Resources post MBA from a Tier 1 B-School

- Experience in supporting teams build a transparent and high performance culture

- Experience managing talent management, Performance management, Engagement, Learning & Development, Org Transformation / Change management, Culture Change

- Proven people and project management skills. Can easily work in a matrixed organization.

- Ability to be flexible and navigate ambiguous situations

- Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment

- Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical skills, performance and metrics tracking.
