About our Client: Our client is one of the world's leading players in their respective services oriented industry. With an already existing and yet growing base in India, they are looking for a Head of Talent Management and Rewards to drive the organization wide performance and rewards policies.
Job Description: Reporting to the Head of HR you will manage a team of managers with your main responsibilities including:
- Designing the Talent Management Roadmap in-line with organization strategy
- Providing direction for Goal Setting and Performance Management
- Leading and reviewing designs for various Talent Management projects
- Implementing TM agenda through collaboration with Leadership Team
- Designing and Monitoring the Hi Pot program initiatives along with succession planning and leadership development
- Managing the Rewards Framework to balance affordability and market alignment through compensation surveys while reviewing employee benefits and incentive programs
- Ensuring cost efficiencies through optimal utilization of budgets across sub-functions
The Successful Candidate:
- You must be a HR generalist or a SME with high exposure on Talent and Performance management as a part of your career.
- Our client is looking for an overall experience of around 15 years with a displayed proficiency in a business partnering role.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
