About our Client: Our client is a large India pharmaceutical giant and employ over 10,000 employees in the India market. With strong growth plans, they are looking to hire their head of Talent Management to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensure effective methods to manage operational/ junior/ middle/ senior management talent pipelines

- Ensure implementation of an effective performance management process annually

- Identify high potential talent, plans for first time managers and key talent in the leadership team

- Ensure the growth and retention of existing talent

- Manage and execute individual development plans, management development plans and leadership pipeline

- Manage the entire organization structuring and ensuring the succession plan is in place

- Design and run assessment and development centres for management staff

- Building and executing Engagement Calendar Effectively

- Manage the country HR budget while ensuring the high level of employee engagement

- Organizing felicitation ceremonies (LSA - Long Service Awards), cultural events & employee contests

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 12-15 years of total experience post MBA with at least 5 years in a specialist Talent Management function as part of a COE.

- Full time MBA is a must have for this role. Industry exposure in Healthcare will be preferred.
