Job Summary:
The Head of Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's talent management strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role is critical to driving the growth, development, and retention of top talent, while also ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Lead the design and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction of a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
- Manage talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring high-potential employees are identified and developed for key roles.
- Oversee the performance management framework, providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify critical skills gaps and implement learning and development initiatives to address those needs.
- Drive the creation of career development programs that support employee growth and enhance organizational performance.
Organizational Effectiveness:
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance the overall performance of teams and the company as a whole.
- Lead efforts to define and continuously improve organizational culture and employee engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational structure, workflows, and business processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support the effective execution of change management strategies during periods of organizational transformation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity, morale, and retention through data-driven insights.
Leadership Development:
- Develop leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders across the organization.
- Implement mentorship and coaching initiatives to support leadership capabilities at all levels.
- Partner with business leaders to identify leadership potential and deliver tailored development opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of talent management and organizational development professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including business leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams..
