- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning for the dedicated organization
- Drive High Touch Integrated Talent Management with an Inclusion & Diversity lens for the organization
Profile:
- Comes with 15 years experience in HR across TM, OE among other practises
- Experience with Shared services setup is a must have
- Strong leadership skills: courage to challenge and ability to influence, drive change, and impact across matrix organization.
- Strategic thinking: understand the dynamics/value drivers of the business and how to translate these into current and future talent needs
