Steer manning, learning &amp; development, change management, and succession planning needs of the organization in line with the Employee Value Proposition 3. Design Long term Manpower Planning Framework 4. Lead the Talent team responsible for creating and presenting the brand of the organization as an employer of choice in the market Lead the development and deployment of a High- Performance Culture in the Organization 5. Basis the long term strategic plans of the Organization, identify and design OD, leadership and learning interventions to address skills and behavior gaps. 6. Drive key skill &amp; leadership capability enhancement initiatives for the organization 7. Design talent development initiatives to accelerate identification and development of HiPo talent in the Organization 8. Support and partner with Function Heads to create career paths and execute succession plans 9. Drive execution of all internal HR communications including events, employee engagement activities, newsletters and web communication 10. Review roles, grade structure, overlaps &amp; redundancies on an ongoing basis and make case for optimizing manning numbers where there is need 11. Govern the effectiveness of the overall recruitment process 12.
