Talent Management Head - Kolkotha (15-18 yrs)
Position Description :
- Drive leadership development efforts across the organization and anchor org-wide talent solutions / interventions to support organizational vision and specific business requirements
Roles & Responsibilities :
Reporting into the CHRO, your responsibilities will include :
- Evolve the people vision along with the CHRO and leadership
- Strategizing and Leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Leading the performance management process for the franchise with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Ensure functional capability framework is implemented and proper tracking is done to map ROI for the functions
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate
- The role would be responsible for strategizing the overall Talent Management framework and create an efficient and robust strategy to develop and retain talent in the organisation.
- The role would also encompass identifying development needs, creating customized content while working closely with the relevant team, implementation of learning solutions and measuring learning effectiveness.
- The role would also be responsible for designing and implementing various OD initiatives to build an engaging, enriching, inclusive and performance driven culture
- Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Creating customized training content - and deliver impactful programs.
- Preparing robust rollout plans and adhering to the training plan thus prepared
- Publishing of MIS, reports, data highlighting the interventions, coverage, and impact from the program

- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills / Excellent interpersonal skills : able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence
- Conceptual strength in capability building space
- Strong leadership management skills, i.e., comfortable with leading teams under uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : M.B.A. with HR specialization or master in the relevant field from an institute of repute
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :
- 15 to 18 years of experience in talent management roles with exposure to and demonstrated competence in other functional areas
- Exposure to Manufacturing or allied sectors is needed
- In depth experience of Talent management and Organization development practices.
- Certifications in Talent Management /OD will be an added advantage
- Strong Digital and Analytical skills, Exposure to LTI Schemes and Programs Prevalent.
- In-depth knowledge of business management concepts and practical applications gained through cross-functional business experience and business administration.
