About our Client: Our client is a global leader in the logistics space. They are known for their great culture and are amongst the top employers of choice. With a well established and further expanding presence in the India market, they are looking for a Talent Management specialist to head the function for them in India.
Job Description: Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring visibility of Talent acquisition through regular updates
- Ensure effective methods to manage operational/ junior/ middle/ senior management talent pipelines
- Ensure implementation of an effective performance management process annually
- Ensure the growth and retention of existing talent
- Manage and execute individual development plans, management development plans and leadership pipeline
- Building and executing Engagement Calendar
- Effectively manage the country HR budget while ensuring the high level of employee engagement
- Organizing felicitation ceremonies (LSA - Long Service Awards), cultural events & employee contests
- HR Operations Exit management, Separations, Full and Final settlements, Employee disciplinary action
The Successful Candidate:
- You will come with 10-15 years of total experience post MBA with at least 5 years in a specialist Talent Management function as part of a COE.
- Full time MBA is a must have for this role.
- Exposure to managing internal mobility and engagement apart from end to end Talent Management is required for this role.
