About our Client: Our client is one of the leaders in the global FMCG industry with a diverse and varied portfolio in India. They are a globally recognized brand that has a very strong sales and distribution network in India. With an existing presence and evolved employee processes present in India, they are looking for a Head Talent Management, Learning & Development for their India operations. This role is based out of Delhi/NCR.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head Human Resources, you will be responsible for an end to end role requiring both design as well as implementations with small team support. Your main responsibilities shall include to:

- Identify leadership development needs at the organizational, functional and individual level and design programs and interventions to address these.

- Implement global training and OD programs for the region, working through the matrix managers and business stakeholders

- Design and implement leadership development interventions including Mentoring, Coaching, Training programs, Cross functional roles, project based roles and Subject Matter Experts to suit needs at various levels.

- Design and implement OD related tools and leadership surveys that indicate the climate and other metrics of organization health. Champion and drive OD interventions across the business units.

- Develop and promote both behavioral and functional based competency related behaviors.

- Design competency mapping for diverse roles in varied functions of the business.

- Promote and reinforce the culture of rewarding and recognizing the right behaviors. Identify and design appropriate tools for rewarding and recognizing employees.

- Design, deploy and manage talent processes in across business segments in India.

- Drive end to end Learning frameworks across levels within the organization

The Successful Candidate:

- You must be a MBA with at least 11 years of experience within Human Resources from a recognized and leading business management institute.

- Hands on exposure in a functional specialist role for at least 4 years in your career within TM, L&OD is required for a successful application.

- Experience of working with a consumer product based industry is preferred.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must along with proven behavior of partnering with senior stakeholders within matrix organizations.
