Responsible to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs for teams across organization during all times to improve performance and promote the organization's culture.

Performance Enhancement, Monitoring and Evaluation

1. Lead the execution of talent review and the succession planning process for entire organization and readying of talent who will deliver as per organization's growth plans.

2. Implement approach to performance management and enable employees and managers to have robust performance, development, and career conversations.

3. Ensure managers and employees have a mobility experience that is transparent, inclusive, and helps them feel prepared throughout the entire process.

4. Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness

5. Responsible for organization wide performance tracking for appraisal process and implement strong processes in place required to keep the system transparent.

Policy Frameworks, Systems and SOPs

1. Prepare and implement new HR policies as required by the management. Oversee the implementation of HR policies and perform regular/ periodic monitoring & review.

2. Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

3. Track and document PMS scores and report to management with intention to regulate performance and control hiring. Identify under- and top-performing talent from each department and work in conjunction with department heads and their line-in charge/heads to do so, and creating a PIP (performance improvement plan) for them.

Engagement and Retention

1. Actively contribute to the implementation of learning curriculum and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking enterprise needs, employee development plans and individual line of business objectives

2. Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes that grow organizational capability through employee engagement, performance management and employee, manager and leadership learning and development.

3. Work in collaboration with functional/department heads to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses.

Desired Qualifications :


- Master's degree in human resource management with experience in the area of talent management and leadership development.

- Desired Experience Min 8 Years of experience in similar role

Functional Skills :


- Ability to create high-quality processes and lead the team to adhere to those standards

- Demonstrated experience and success in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs and processes that enable business performance

- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development

- Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes
