Reporting: Vice President - HR
- Candidate will be responsible for talent management, involved in talent strategy and agenda to the business, organizational development including performance management, leadership and identifying and nurturing internal talent.
- Implement talent management solutions, such as talent review, succession planning, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning and performance management system.
It includes travelling for 7-8 days in India.
