- Full Time MBA from Tier I/II colleges
- 7 to 9 years of HR experience
- Experience of both designing and executing PMS/L&D/Talent Management/Employee Engagement processes and practices
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end designing and deployment of Performance Management System, Learning & Development Process, Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Design, deploy & execute Talent Management processes and policies, which includes career planning, HiPo (High Performers) Management and engagement and critical position mapping
- Design, deploy and execute Performance Management System in the organization
- Design, deploy and implement end to end of Learning & Development process
- Design, deploy and implement end to end of Employee Engagement activities
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand employee related issues and develop relevant strategy/practices accordingly.
- Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure the implementation of the designed processes.
