Job Description - Our client is a leading MNC with an established presence across commercial business and shared services setup in India. This is a leadership role to drive talent management and talent development across all businesses in India working closely with the global teams.

Description :

Reporting into CHRO, you will work closely with the leadership team in India to drive talent strategies.

You will be responsible for:

- Coaching and Leadership development

- Capability building and succession planning for key functions across the organization

- Implementing and delivering local talent development programs

- Strategic workforce planning for the future

Profile :

- Atleast 12 years experience in HR post Tier 1 MBA (XLRI/TISS etc.) working in an MNC environment

- Strong experience in talent development, L&D, OD working closely with global counterparts

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholder management experience in an matrix environment

- Experience of working in a sales environment will be preferred (FMCG, Pharma etc.)
