Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidates must have experience in developing Talent Mgmt & Employee Development strategies.
- Should have experience in designing end to end HR programs and implementation- eg. L&D, Performance Review, Diversity Inclusion, PMS, etc.
- Experience in Talent Mgmt, Change Mgmt, L&D programs will be an added advantage.
- Someone with an ability to think and design the HR programs based on the business requirements are highly preferred.
- Long-term stability with a role is crucial for this role, since the incumbent needs to handle end-to-end programs, right from designing till implementation.
Required Skills:
- MBA from premier B-School with 5+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office & PPT preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
