We are seeking to identify their head of Talent Management to drive a major transformation in terms of leadership, talent management and employer branding across the organisation. Responsible for Talent Management, PMS and Leadership Development, the position will be based in Mumbai and will report to President- HR.

Key responsibilities for this role include:-

Talent Management :

a) Evolve processes and put the framework in place for identifying and nurturing talent.

b) Develop career path model at all levels and function.

c) Align talent management solutions with Business/Function Heads and support them in planning and reviews.

d) Design and deploy internal job frameworks and manage the talent database

Performance System :

a) Performance system design and implementation across levels

b) Process improvement through audit of goals and providing feedback to senior management.

c) Ensure Year End Review is conducted as per process and timelines.

Learning & Development :

a) Deploy L & D strategy and policies that meet current and future business needs.

b) Develop content, learning partners for L&D and technology as a medium for imparting learning.

c) Identify key learning needs and a closing gap in competencies - Building capabilities across organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

1) MBA or PG in HR from premier B-School

2) 12 - 15 yrs of experience in companies with well-established HR practices and systems

3) Hands-on exposure to developmental HR, core areas being Talent Management, PMS & Leadership Development with strong customer-led organisations.
