- Talent Assessment & Identification framework to identify and accelerate early talent
- Sets standards for Market Talent Practices through benchmarking/best practices
- Capability Building Framework for Leadership Development and Learning for Life Culture
- Managing third-party providers to required procurement and policy standards.
- Responsible for managing the in-country budget for Talent Development
- Responsible for Data & Analytics for the function and monitoring of country talent
- Development Dashboard and metrics
