Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement talent management programs for all Strategic roles.

- Steer people's capability development through structured development plans.

- Launch focused initiatives such as employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.

- Drive structured capability building at entry level through campus hiring.

- Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives

- Conceptualize, Design, and Drive Organization Effectiveness Initiatives

- Design and Manage Business Leadership/ Managerial Development and Coaching Programs

- Drive People's Capability development through Talent Management Process

- Design the campus hiring programs, hiring plan for the year, training journey, assessment, and key hire into the organization

Education Qualifications / Background

- MBA (preferable in HR)

Relevant and Total Years of Experience

15-20+years of experience with a mix of HRBP and OE / Talent management/ L&D roles in any reputed large-size organization

CTC Offered: 55-65 lacs/annum
