- Designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
- Exp in developing employer branding strategies
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must have skills: Employer branding, learning and development, Compensation and Benefits, Rewards & recognition, employee engagement and HR Automation initiatives
