- Experience in leading cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive
consensus.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
