- The role would be responsible for strategizing the overall Talent Management framework and create an efficient and robust strategy to develop and retain talent in the organisation.
- The role would also encompass identifying development needs, creating customized content while working closely with the relevant team, implementation of learning solutions and measuring learning effectiveness.
- The role would also be responsible for designing and implementing various OD initiatives to build an engaging, enriching, inclusive and performance driven culture
- Strategizing and leading all people development interventions for the organization which will include coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning and executive development programs
- Supporting the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent
- Driving the culture building exercise and play a critical role in strategizing Learning & Development interventions to strengthen the people capability.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating TM issues and solutions as appropriate
- Ensure implementation of framework for the technology team is implemented with proper tracking mechanisms.
- Creating customized training content closely working with the Content Development team.
- Preparing robust rollout plans and adhering to the training plan thus prepared
- Publishing of MIS, reports, data highlighting the interventions, coverage, and impact from the program
- 15 to 18 year s of experience in talent management roles
- In depth experience of Talent management and Organization development practices.
- Certifications in Talent Management /OD will be an added advantage
