Purpose of the role :

- To spear head the talent and hygiene function, enhance organization resource capability, be a catalyst in shaping the organization culture and align it to business goal.

Talent Acquisition :

- Planning and Strategy, Talent Management & Engagement, Business Partnering, Leadership Pipeline & Succession Planning, Compensation Design, HR Process and Systems, Employee Relations & Compliance.

Experience & Qualification :

- 12-15 yrs of hands on experience in the entire gamut of Talent and Hygiene. corporate hr ex-poser will be added advantage.

- Good pedigree from institute of repute, MBA/ PGDM- HR

- Compensation; best in the industry.
