Head TA

- Scrabble is mandated to hire a 'Head TA' for a leading entertainment company based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end corporate hiring processes, from requisition to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.

- Utilize diverse sourcing channels and innovative methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

- Manage recruitment metrics and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of relevant experience in TA with an MBA degree.

- Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills.
