Job Description : Opportunity to spearhead talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic organisation and shape the talent landscape through impactful recruitment initiatives.

Description :

- Driving the talent agenda, lead the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- Be a strategic talent partner to the business and play a key role in manpower planning and org design in line with the organisation's India's long term business objectives

- Work with the business leaders to formulate and implement a talent acquisition strategy responsible for high volume of hiring in Tech Functions

Profile :

- Candidate should ideally have at least 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with experience hiring volumes (3000+ annually) in Technology.

- Experience in the Technology industry is a must have.

- Must be able to hold relevant and intellectually stimulating conversations with the leadership.

- Strong analytic mindset and ability to drive change management
