Job Description (Overview of the Role) :
- The role will be managing Recruitment for multiple locations across the country.
- The primary responsibility will be to drive adherence to all recruitment SLAs by creating a motivated & productive team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for smooth execution of day to day recruitment related activities and delivery against all Recruitment SLAs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery.
- Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader.
- Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.
- Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .
- Ensure zero extension on Hiring TAT on any grounds.
- Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality
Requirements :
Required Skills :
- Education - Post Graduate / MBA
- 8 to 12 yr experience in Recruitment / Staffing roles preferably in a start up environment.
- Excellent spoken & written English language skills
- Understands clients- needs to deliver right staffing solutions
- Demonstrates strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to identify & evaluate the right talent
