- The incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive the TA agenda across the organisation and responsible to drive initiatives for talent management across levels.

- You will drive the hiring strategy for the organisation across the different global geographies to attract high calibre talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- You will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function with the support of a team.

- With the growth in their business in India, they are looking to hire a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong experience with global internet/technology/product organizations in hiring for roles in Technology/Non-Technology domain to join them in a team leading role.

Profile :

- MBA from a reputed institution with minimum 12 years experience in Talent Acquisition across technology/non-technology hiring with global internet/technology/product organizations.

- You should have lead a team of TA professionals and managed partners including vendors.

- Prior experience of hiring for leadership roles.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
