Head Talent Acquisition Tech & Product
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Devise strategy for hiring Tech, Product across levels as per the timelines with healthy source mix, effective HR Productivity and cost per hire.
- Constantly interacting with Business Teams to understand the requirement, project the status report and present the Observations, Analysis and Action Plan (OAAP) for alignment and cohesiveness.
- Reviewing strategies with the Senior HR Leaders on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections.
- Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
- Establish scalable network and strong selection process ensuring the right talent is getting in to the organization
- Devise an appropriate channel mix to ensure a market competitive cost per hire
- Identify & monitor measures across processes. Develops measures / shapes new processes to improve performance.
- Design metrics to measure and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Guide the team around key priorities and goals.
- Create a clear offer management process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in handling recruitment from a large IT services company
- Must have team handled team of teams.
- Should have exclusive experience in Tech hiring & Product Hiring
- Should have experience in organizing Top B-Schools campus (for Freshers / Internships)
- Strong in Communication, Presentation, Analytical bent of mind with logical reasoning
- Strong in Stakeholder management skills.
- Should be energetic & out of the box thinker
