Head Talent Acquisition (Strategic Role)

Our client is based Lower Parel, South Mumbai.

We are hiring for a 'Lead TA' - It's the dept head role to head the Recruitment function at the corporate level.

This includes, Lateral, Leadership & other miscellaneous projects.

The position reports into HR Head of the organization.

Education - MBA is preferred.

Work Exp - 8years+. Team Handling experience is a Plus

Salary - Best in the Industry.

The preference is for the candidate who has worked into Retail Sector.

Job Profile:

- Partnering with Corp. Functions for their hiring requirements

- Proactive talent mapping and creation of a talent pool for all crucible positions

- Co creating a strong employee value proposition (EVP)

- Communicating the EVP through various channels

- Working closely with hiring partners.

- Adopt new age sourcing and employer branding channels/opportunities provided by social and digital platforms

- Mandatory experience dealing with senior leadership and working on confidential projects.
