- Excellent opportunity for the role of Head Talent Acquisition - Startup exp is required
- You will be working on building our talent acquisition capability for non tech side of the business
- You will work closely with our managers and leaders to forecast numbers, get feedback on overall TA performance
- You will manage end to end recruitment starting from self sourcing, engaging with recruitment vendors, screening, doing a first level interview with candidates to scheduling interviews with our panelists, checking feedback, rolling out offers, and pre engagement activities for leadership roles
- You will manage a team of 10-20 recruiters/leads and your team will be responsible for driving recruitment for the entire org (non-tech), introducing and driving great candidate experience, and TA reporting. You will be a key strategic leader in the People's Office.
- Startup Experience is Must
- Have 8- 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Have prior experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition or a lead at an established startup
- Have managed a team of 10-15 people
- Have a solid understanding of talent landscape especially for sales, business roles
